We had an amazing girls trip to St. Lucia, and the entire experience was perfectly organized! One of my friends found them online and coordinated with them most of the time — everything was so smooth and stress-free.
From snorkeling, mud baths, waterfall visits, and the chocolate factory tour to great food options and beautiful photo sessions — every activity was well planned. Even the airport drop-off was seamless.
They gave us excellent suggestions for everything and were extremely helpful throughout the trip. Highly professional and very reliable.

5 Stars – Placide Was More Than a Driver

We booked with Rumie Tours during our cruise stop in St. Lucia. The island is beautiful, of course — but what truly made our day unforgettable was our driver, Placide.

Placide was not just a driver. He was one of the most genuine human beings we’ve ever met while traveling.

From the moment we met him, he was warm, funny, grounded, and completely present. He even shared some of his homemade rum punch with us, which set the tone for a relaxed and personal experience. But what we will remember most wasn’t a scenic stop — it was the conversation.

Over just a few hours in a van, Placide shared his views on life, gratitude, family, and relationships. He spoke with a kind of humble strength that you don’t encounter often. His appreciation for simply having food on the table, people to love, and work to do was deeply moving. There was no sense of entitlement — only gratitude.

At one point, we stopped near a small roadside stand where local kids were playing metal drums. What happened there turned into a moment we will never forget. Placide’s heart, his humility, and the way he navigated that interaction left us almost speechless. It felt less like a tour stop and more like a lesson in kindness and generosity.

We came to St. Lucia expecting beautiful scenery. We left with something much more valuable — a reminder not to take life for granted. In a culture like ours, where it’s easy to expect more and appreciate less, Placide was a powerful example of how to live with gratitude and grace.

He didn’t just make our day better. He left us with hope, perspective, and a renewed desire to lead with generosity.

All of that — in just a few hours.

We used Rumie Tours for our airport shuttle to and from the resort we were staying at as well as a boat tour of the pitons, mud bath,etc. Rumie was great to deal with and all of our pick-ups were on-time. Would definitely recommend using them if you are in St Lucia.

We did a wonderful tour with Rumi! We stopped several times for photo ops, including the Pitons which wasn't part of our tour. We did a banana stop and loved the banana ketchup! Next stop was to sample bread, a chocolate stop, (the perfume was wonderful), Rum sampling and a seafood feast at the end. Highly recommend!
